Solo Developer · AI-Integrated Workflow · Cloudflare Edge

One developer, an AI-augmented pipeline, everything shipped to the edge.

A running catalog of production tools, client sites and internal infrastructure — each one designed, built, debugged and documented end-to-end by a single developer working alongside Claude as a full-stack development partner, then deployed on Cloudflare Pages & Workers.

About the builder

A bilingual (EN/中文) indie full-stack developer running a one-person shop built around an AI-integrated workflow: Claude sits in the loop from architecture and coding through debugging, deployment and documentation, which is how one developer maintains nine Pages projects and a dozen Workers — most wired to redeploy on every GitHub push — across a personal domain (ironnori.cc) and at least one live client account (adasuns.com).

The project mix has a clear center of gravity around language and media — a bilingual English-learning blog fed by an automated Discord-bot content pipeline, a from-scratch lesson generator, subtitle and lyric-timing editors, a video toolkit now in its second major version — alongside a habit of building small, real tools for real people instead of portfolio filler: a class reunion voting app, a driving expense tracker, a comic-cover finder.

The current direction is AI-agent infrastructure: the Adasuns site serves its own llms.txt, an MCP server card and OAuth discovery endpoints so agents can call it directly, and this very project — provisioning an "AgentOS" across a local Mac Mini fleet — is the next step in treating agents as first-class visitors to what gets built here, not just human ones.

This page is itself part of the workflow it describes — kept current, project by project, through the same Claude-assisted pipeline used to ship everything above. Every fact here traces back to what's actually live and deployed, not to a claimed memory of past sessions.
